By default, our MailVault Server will retain all of your archived emails indefinitely. We won’t delete any emails from your archive automatically once a certain timeframe has elapsed. However, if you wish, you can tailor our retention policies to suit your needs. You can specify a minimum and maximum time for messages to be retained, or choose to retain only those matching specific search criteria.

Our convenient Web Access enables users to effortlessly access our email archive via any current Internet browser. Our Client Windows application can be installed on any number of PCs within your workplace, while our Microsoft Outlook integration enables users to directly access the archive from inside Outlook itself. The integrated IMAP server supports other email clients too, offering a read-only access to our archive.

Safeserve MailVault makes it a breeze to archive Microsoft 365 emails. You can archive either multiple or individual mailboxes, or even all mailboxes with just one simple step. Safeserve Mailvault also supports archiving of public folders and shared mailboxes for even greater convenience. With our Safeserve Mailvault, you can archive all of your incoming and outgoing emails for future reference, and it can even support email archiving from hybrid environments that use Microsoft 365 and an on-premise Exchange Server.

You can rest assured that when you benefit from our Business Email, you’ll also receive Safeserve MailVault included as standard. That means you can be confident that all of your vital messages are stored securely in case you need to refer to them in future.

Maintaining legal compliance is crucial, but you can have peace of mind that Safeserve MailVault meets all of your regulatory compliance requirements. Our Safeserve MailVault allows complete archiving of all your companies’ emails for completeness, while each archived email remains identical to the original in all respects ensuring authenticity. Our storage is also tamper-proof, with the functionality for administrators to set their own retention policies to suit their specific needs. Our Legal Hold functionality can be enabled to prevent deleted of mails from the archive, while external auditors can access the archive as necessary thanks to our Auditor Access user type.
