As a key part of our Message Continuity Services, EMAIL ALWAYS UP™ protects your most important communications tool by ensuring full and permanent access to email functionality during disasters and emergencies.
EMAIL ALWAYS UP™ intercepts and makes copies of inbound and outbound email and stores those message copies in a 30-day rolling message store. The message store can be accessed 24/7 to recover messages that may have been lost or deleted from a company's primary email environment.
EMAIL ALWAYS UP™ includes email tools for composing, reading, and replying to email. All messages sent via EMAIL ALWAYS UP™ can be automatically merged into your normal email system as part of our disaster recovery operations.
In the event that the primary Safeserve mail server is offline for any reason, the full email service is still available from Safeserve's mirror mail server. This is a mirror server geographically distanced and on a different Internet segment from the primary server, with automatic failover to provide continuation of service even in the event of catastrophic failure.
