Its even possible to use a sophisticated rules-based algorithm to ensure that sensitive emails are encrypted automatically according to their content.
The content and attachments for each of your messages are secure both in transit and at rest for two-way communication that’s 100% secure.
Once a secure email is sent, your clients, suppliers and vendors can easily read your confidential email from any desktop system – without having to download software:
Receive message and Authenticate – When someone receives your encrypted message, the secure email instructs them to open an HTML attachment to access the message. This attachment then opens a browser window with instructions that prompt the recipient to authenticate.
Read decrypted email – Once authentication is complete, the decrypted message is displayed in a browser window. Any attachments to the message are available from the same interface.
Secure Reply or Forward – The recipient can initiate a secure reply or securely forward the message once the message has been read.
