Logging onto Outlook Web Access (OWA)

N.B. You must have a Safeserve Exchange email account

Two pieces of information are required: your Safeserve network logon username and your password.

1. Connect to Outlook Web Access within an Internet browser. Internet Explorer 6 or 7.
   Your Internet Explorer must have been completely updated.
2. Go to https://london.safeserve.co.uk/exchange

3. In the prompt window that appears, enter the following information:

   Your user name.

   Your network password.

4. After you enter this information and click on OK, OWA will open and your Inbox will be displayed.

Note: your password is case-sensitive, so pay extra attention when you are typing it in.
